TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Item is being listed as USED, we have made our best effort to check and test this item, nonetheless is being being sold “AS IS”. Any conditional notes will be listed in the additional information.
We are open to the public, buyers are encouraged to inspect item prior to purchase.
Buyer shall have the right to inspect the machinery and/ or tooling at our location in Southern California during normal business hours, prior to time of shipment.
Email or call us to schedule an appointment. If preferred, a virtual inspection can be accommodated. We are available to FaceTime, Skype or Google Hangout to inspect item.
Payment and Financing
All payments must be made in full within seven days of the time of purchase.

Prices do not include any federal, state, or local taxes, which are in addition to the purchase price and must be paid by Buyer. Any and all foreign duties and taxes are the responsibility of Buyer. Unless Buyer furnishes Orange County Machinery with a tax exemption certificate.

Our shipping rates are only valid if prepaid from our invoice. If you have your own carrier and wish to use them, we can ship out freight via the carrier of your choice as long as you provide your own paperwork.
** Prior to signing any paperwork, ie a BOL, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all freight for damages. In the event you determine anything is damaged, you have two options – 1.) Sign the BOL as DAMAGED and Deny the freight and it will be returned to Orange County Machinery for a refund minus freight costs, or 2.)Sign the BOL as damaged, and accept that the carrier is only liable for 10 cents per pound and that will be the MAX you will receive back. In either case, please take as many pictures of the damages as possible and make notes of the damages. Orange County Machinery is not liable for any damages caused by carriers. **
If purchase is less than 85 lbs, item will be boxed and shipped UPS, USPS, or FedEx. We will provide you with a total including shipping within 1 business day of purchase. Packing may include bubble wrap, packing paper, insta-foam packaging, or other forms of protection for securing the item.
At Orange County Machinery’s discretion, items that are deemed bulky and/or heavier than 85 lbs, we will NOT ship UPS/USPS/FedEx. We require freight shipping to reduce the chance of damages. If this impacts buyers purchase, we will cancel order at no penalty to them.
